Bill to “Ban” Organic Farming

We can NOT allow this to happen to our food! There will no longer be ORGANIC food… they will be required to spray pesticides and insecticides on the “organic” food… hence, making it no longer organic. Pesticides and insecticides kill our immune system, causing us to be sick more often, and results with us purchasing more and more over the counter “medicine” and prescription drugs.

Pay special attention to:
- Section 3 which is the definitions portion of the bill-read in it’s entirety.
- Section 103, 206 and 207 – Read in it’s entirety.
What it Does:
- Legally binds state agriculture depts to enforcing federal guidelines effectively taking away the states power to do anything other than being food police for the federal dept.
- Effectively criminalizes organic farming but doesn’t actually use the word organic.
- Effects anyone growing food even if they are not selling it but consuming it.
- Effects anyone producing meat of any kind including wild game.
- Legislation is so broad based that every aspect of growing or producing food can be made illegal. There are no specifics which is bizarre considering how long the legislation is.
- Section 103 is almost entirely about the administrative aspect of the legislation. It will allow the appointing of officials from the factory farming corporations and lobbyists and classify them as experts and allow them to determine and interpret the legislation. Who do you think they are going to side with?
- Section 206 defines what will be considered a food production facility and what will be enforced up all food production facilities. The wording is so broad based that a backyard gardener could be fined and more.
- Section 207 requires that the state’s agriculture dept act as the food police and enforce the federal requirements. This takes away the states power and is in violation of the 10th amendment.

We the people are the force, we need to forward a petition to Washington DC to stop this abusive nonsense.

I am shocked that Monsanto is given green light so early in Obama’s administration to fulfill its agenda of death according to the policies of the NWO. Shocked and horrified!

We must all send letters to our congressman to ban this bill against organic farming IMMEDIATELY. This is very serious and our health and lives of ourselves and our children depend on it. It is time to buy seeds that are not genetically modified and buy them right now and learn to grow our own food NOW.

I cannot believe I just now saw them saying that AIG is going to get even more of our money ! Now they want to stop us from eating what we want to and what we see as safe ?!! OMGod, I am so scared with this new President who promised tons of things and is doing none of them. Who do all those people think they are kidding and how long do they think the citizens of this country are going to “go with their flow” ? I’m already hearing people speak of uprisings and getting this country back into their hands. This is just insanity and these big ole boys had best get it together and figure it out pronto !

It is the moral right and responsibility of the individual to retaliate against any initiation of force. Such intent or behavior is a threat to the perpetuation of our species, any establishment or individuals in association to such intent will be considered an enemy of the species and will be met as such. Should either attempt to extend their irrational and self destructive aggression beyond their circle, we will ensure our preservation by annihilating them.

RIP – AMERICA AS WE KNEW IT ! We have lost America and I really think it’s to late to save it. Our hopes where that Obama would be different and start changes but he’s on the same carousel as the rest of the politicians that are selling us to big business. This is proof of these big company’s controlling the US. My family’s looking for another country to live in until to revolution is over and we can return to our country. My family came here from England in the mid 1600s and have worked to make this a better country. Family members fighting in every war since the revolutionary war.I’m very sad about what’s happening to this country and knowing that there’s no return.
This is just one small example of OUR representatives no longer answer to us. Between them and outside factors OUR country has been sold down the river. We need to keep trying to get our country back no matter what it takes.
