This is good basic nutritional info based on the value of eating organic foods. We definitely reflect our inner beauty when we eat beautiful foods supplied by nature, regardless of our biological age ~ enjoy.

I can’t help but make a joke here. Here is goes and its a typical man thing. ” I am taken back to Adam and Eve and I understand why Adam partook of the fruit. I would eat just about anything Shazzie handed me. I probibly wouldn’t even taste it because as she said, Look at her!!!”

Great information but how does someone who lives in the Arizona desert know what wild foods to eat. I also wonder about growning sprouts inexpensively, perhaps in a terrarium.

Cynthia,sprouts grow easily in recycled glass jars.Enjoy…also find out about your local WEEDS, these will be your local superfoods…ask the original inhabitants and theyll share with you whats local.

Is there somewhere I can go to buy seeds if I want to start my own garden? Also how do you know how much you should eat of each type of food?
